Terms of service

This document describes our intent and current practice. It is reviewed by counsel before any binding update; for the binding version applicable to your contract, refer to the latest version delivered via your account dashboard.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services operated by XiteNodes Private Limited under the Rudra Cloud brand. By creating an account or using the services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
Customers must be 18 or older and capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law. Use of the services by entities requires the agreeing party to be duly authorized.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. We recommend enabling TOTP 2FA and rotating SSH keys regularly.
3. Acceptable use
See our Acceptable Use Policy. The services may not be used to host content or run activity that violates Indian law or our policies. We reserve the right to suspend resources used in violation.
4. Billing & wallet
All services are pre-paid via an INR wallet. Hourly billing is debited from this wallet. GST is added on top of plan prices and shown as a separate line on every invoice. SAC 998314 applies. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Service-level commitment
See the Service Level Agreement for the specific uptime commitments and remedies applicable to your subscription.
6. Data, privacy & DPDP
Customer data is processed per the Privacy Policy. The services are designed to be compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) and related guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the trailing three months. Loss of profit, loss of goodwill, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement on notice. We may suspend services for non-payment, breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. Data is retained per the Privacy Policy after termination.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
