Refund policy

This document describes our intent and current practice. It is reviewed by counsel before any binding update; for the binding version applicable to your contract, refer to the latest version delivered via your account dashboard.
Rudra Cloud bills hourly out of a prepaid INR wallet. Because services are consumed in real time, refunds are scoped narrowly to situations where you have been charged for capacity you did not receive.
Wallet refunds
Unused wallet credit can be refunded to the original payment instrument within 60 days of the top-up, less any GST and payment-gateway fees that have already been settled. Requests can be raised from /support.
Service-failure refunds
When a service is unavailable beyond the SLA threshold, wallet credit is automatically applied per the Service Level Agreement. No customer action is required.
Disputed charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@rudracloud.in within 30 days. We will share the underlying wallet ledger entries and resolve the dispute within 14 working days.
Welcome credit
The ₹1,500 welcome credit is non-withdrawable. It can be consumed against any service but cannot be refunded to a payment instrument.
GST
Where a refund is issued, the GST component is refunded in line with the credit note rules under the CGST Act.
