Acceptable use policy

This document describes our intent and current practice. It is reviewed by counsel before any binding update; for the binding version applicable to your contract, refer to the latest version delivered via your account dashboard.
This policy describes activities that are prohibited on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate resources that are used in violation.
Illegal content & activity
Content or activity that violates Indian law — including but not limited to CSAM, copyright infringement, online gambling outside permitted jurisdictions, fraud, market manipulation, and unlicensed financial services — is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Network abuse
Sending bulk unsolicited email, port-scanning third-party networks, running open relays, and originating denial-of-service attacks from our infrastructure are prohibited.
Mining & speculative compute
Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited on standard plans without prior written approval. Workloads designed to exhaust shared capacity are prohibited.
Resource hygiene
Customers are expected to keep their systems patched and to respond to security advisories we send. Hosting outdated or actively-compromised software that endangers other customers may result in suspension.
Reporting abuse
Suspected abuse on our network can be reported to abuse@rudracloud.in. We respond to verified abuse reports within 24 hours.
